Which Thickness of Paper Stock Should I Choose?
The measuring unit of paper thickness is point (PT). We offer three options. They are 14pt, 16pt, and 18pt.
• 14pt (Standard)
Regular thickness. Perfect for bulk orders.
• 16pt (Premium)
Slightly thicker than the 14pt. Prevent folds and creases.
• 18pt (Premium Plus)
Thicker and heavier than16pt. Suitable for companies with a high-end market.

If your order includes products with different shipping speeds, it can be split into separate packages. This avoids delaying products that you can receive sooner.
NOTE:
1. Decentcustom shall not be responsible for the case the customer is not available for delivery or the customer refuses delivery.
2. We do not support delivery to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Order Placement & Shipping Process (Full Service Proofing)
Email with Immediate Confirmation: Once placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with your order details, that is automatically generated for confirmation.
Digital Proof will be e-mailed to You: You will receive a proof of your digitized logo or design from e-mail within two to three business days.
If you have any problems after receiving the proof of your digitized logo or design, please contact us as soon as possible. the manufacturing processes will start in 24hour after we send out the proof.
If you receive an adjustment suggestion to the proof of your digitized logo or design, please respond as soon as possible to avoid delays to your order shipping date.
Shipping Process: When production is completed, your order will go through quality inspection and be packaged up for shipping according to the shipping method you selected at checkout.
*You will receive an email with your tracking number when it leaves our warehouse.
*Ground Shipping (included with your order) usually takes five to fifteen days for delivery.
Since the basic digitizing and decoration are with free of charge for one logo or design (full color printing or up to 10,000 stitches for embroidery), your price will always be the same as what you confirm in your order. However, Remote areas, multiple logos, excess colors, stitches, or additions beyond what we include, and upgrades in shipping method, those were required after the point of placing an order, could result in extra costs unavoidably. In those cases, you will receive a notification about those charges from our order processing team. You shall purchase them separately in a new link before the artwork go into production. No fee will be charged and no artwork will be put into production without your confirmed permission.
