Works pretty wellI got this to use at work in the coffee/hot cocoa/hot tea machine. It kept my drink hot from about 8am to 10pm and then pleasantly warm until about 2pm. I used it once for iced tea and it kept the tea cold long enough that at the end of the day, it was still slightly chillier than room temperature.
